  • How do I proceed through the check out process?
    • Once you have finished adding items to your shopping cart, simply click the “Check Out” button on the shopping cart page and you will be guided through the check out process.
  • What is a fulfillment address?
    • The fulfillment address is your shipping address. This is where we will ship your items. 
  • Do I need to register an account to purchase?
    • No, the OutCases account is absolutely optional. We do recommend registering for one, so all your info could be saved for your next purchase and you could also receive tons of discount codes and coupons!
  • What methods of payment do you accept?
    • We accept all major Credit card brands around the world. We also accept Paypal and ApplePay.
  • How do I apply a promotional or discount code to my order?
    • At the bottom of the home page, fill your email address in the typing box and click send. You will be able to access all the promotional and discount codes from time to time. At checkout, simply enter the promo or discount code in the filed when promoted for it. Copy and paste the code as received, to activate it. 
  • Does your site install cookies?
    • Yes, we do install small packets of information on your computer temporarily. Cookies are used by us to streamline and enhance your ordering experience. In order to use our online store, you must have cookies enabled at all times  
  • Do you include tracking number for my order(s)?
    • Yes we do. Please visit our track your order page and input the given tracking number in. You can always message us anytime regarding your order(s) current location and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
